A graduate of EM Lyon, Alicia worked for 7 years in an agency environment, assisting major groups with their financial and non-financial communications. In 2017, she founded the 8×48 Agency to support organizations working for the general interest and ethical business practices, then the Compliances media alongside Samuel Guetta.
She also chairs the COJOB association and is a member of the Club Génération Startuppeuse network and of the Impact France Movement (ex-Mouves).
