Le sujet semble d\u00e9sormais bien install\u00e9 dans les organisations : <strong data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"523\">94 % des entreprises du SBF 120 d\u00e9clarent former leurs \u00e9quipes \u00e0 l\u2019anticorruption<\/strong>, selon l\u2019analyse men\u00e9e dans le cadre des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labrador-transparency.com\/fr\/transparency-awards\/ethics-compliance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Transparency Awards\u00a0Ethics &amp; Compliance 2025<\/a>.<\/p><p>Cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation masque une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : dans beaucoup d\u2019entreprises, <strong>la formation demeure per\u00e7ue comme une obligation \u00e0 remplir plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un v\u00e9ritable levier de diffusion de la culture \u00e9thique<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d36741d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d36741d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-63e29e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"63e29e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Pourquoi les dispositifs anticorruption sont souvent inefficaces<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a005ed1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a005ed1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019article 17 de la loi Sapin 2 impose la mise en place d\u2019un programme de formation destin\u00e9 aux cadres et aux personnels les plus expos\u00e9s aux risques de corruption. L\u2019Agence fran\u00e7aise anticorruption (AFA) insiste sur l\u2019importance d\u2019une formation adapt\u00e9e aux profils et aux risques.<\/p><p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agence-francaise-anticorruption.gouv.fr\/files\/files\/RA_2023_AFA_Web.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">rapport annuel de l\u2019AFA publi\u00e9 en 2023<\/a> souligne que <b>plus de la moiti\u00e9 des entit\u00e9s contr\u00f4l\u00e9es ne justifient pas de formation diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e selon les fonctions ou les niveaux d\u2019exposition<\/b>. Par ailleurs, l\u2019absence de suivi des acquis ou d\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques p\u00e9dagogiques nuit \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tence r\u00e9elle. En les rendant concr\u00e8tes, cibl\u00e9es et vivantes, les entreprises peuvent en faire un outil de pr\u00e9vention cr\u00e9dible, ancr\u00e9 dans le quotidien des \u00e9quipes. <strong>\u00c0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 la culture de conformit\u00e9 devient un crit\u00e8re d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 et de p\u00e9rennit\u00e9, cette exigence p\u00e9dagogique m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre pleinement
