C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce point qu\u2019a interrog\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/marion-genaivre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marion Genaivre<\/a>, philosophe et cofondatrice de <a href=\"https:\/\/thae.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tha\u00e9<\/a>, lors de sa prise de parole, en posant une question volontairement provocatrice : <strong>les entreprises doivent-elles renoncer \u00e0 leurs valeurs ?<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-514b3aa e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"514b3aa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e884a0b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e884a0b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019une valeur ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f11032 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2f11032\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pour interroger la pertinence du mot \u00ab valeur \u00bb en entreprise, Marion Genaivre en revient \u00e0 sa d\u00e9finition.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9d5009 e-con-full gradient-bg e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f9d5009\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-722bacf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"722bacf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Une valeur est une conception intime et structurante de l\u2019\u00eatre humain et du vivre-ensemble.<\/strong> Elle se construit \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e d\u2019une histoire personnelle et d\u2019un contexte social. Elle sert de rep\u00e8re, oriente les choix et participe \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 de celui qui la porte.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b0c24a2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b0c24a2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En s\u2019appuyant sur le philosophe pragmatiste John Dewey, elle rappelle qu\u2019une valeur est \u00ab <em>ce \u00e0 quoi on tient et ce par quoi on tient<\/em> \u00bb. De ce point de vue, <strong>parler de valeurs d\u2019entreprise rel\u00e8ve selon elle d\u2019un abus de langage<\/strong>. Les entreprises peuvent fixer des principes d\u2019action, des r\u00e8gles du jeu ou des objectifs de travail, mais revendiquer des valeurs les engage sur un terrain intime o\u00f9 elles ne peuvent ni ne doivent se positionner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7effbff e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7effbff\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-896a9b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"896a9b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Quand les \u00ab valeurs \u00bb n\u2019en sont pas<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df1947f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"df1947f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Innovation, esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe, excellence, agilit\u00e9, service client<\/strong> : ces mots fr\u00e9quemment affich\u00e9s comme valeurs sont, selon Marion Genaivre, des objectifs, des comp\u00e9tences ou des qualit\u00e9s, mais pas des valeurs au sens philosophique du terme. Peu de collaborateurs se l\u00e8vent le matin pour \u00ab incarner l\u2019innovation \u00bb comme on chercherait \u00e0 incarner la justice ou la dignit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Cette confusion explique aussi les conflits de valeurs souvent exprim\u00e9s par les salari\u00e9s, lorsque leurs convictions personnelles entrent en tension avec les valeurs affich\u00e9es par l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ab9923 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9ab9923\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7221e1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f7221e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Les limites d\u2019une \u00e9thique r\u00e9duite \u00e0 la conformit\u00e9<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5e1014 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5e1014\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Marion Genaivre rappelle un point essentiel :<strong> l\u2019incarnation stricte et continue d\u2019une valeur est presque impossible dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/strong>. Certaines situations imposent m\u00eame de renoncer ponctuellement \u00e0 une valeur pour agir de mani\u00e8re juste. Dire la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, par exemple, n\u2019est pas toujours moralement souhaitable si elle met en danger autrui.<\/p><p>R\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9thique \u00e0 l\u2019application des valeurs revient \u00e0 adopter une \u00e9thique d\u00e9ontologique, inspir\u00e9e de Kant, fond\u00e9e sur le respect strict du devoir, quelles que soient les circonstances. Or, la vie des organisations rel\u00e8ve bien davantage d\u2019une approche aristot\u00e9licienne de l\u2019\u00e9thique, fond\u00e9e sur le discernement et l\u2019adaptation aux situations concr\u00e8tes.<\/p><p>Ainsi, <strong>\u00eatre \u00e9thique ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 \u00eatre conforme<\/strong>. Les valeurs sont n\u00e9cessaires, mais elles ne suffisent pas. <strong>L\u2019\u00e9thique commence l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019automatisme s\u2019arr\u00eate : dans la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 juger, \u00e0 ajuster et \u00e0 arbitrer avec responsabilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93df44f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"93df44f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-615591d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"615591d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Des entreprises de bonne foi plut\u00f4t que des entreprises \u00ab \u00e0 valeurs \u00bb<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76e2a17 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"76e2a17\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En conclusion, Marion Genaivre ne plaide pas pour un cynisme organisationnel. Elle d\u00e9fend une autre exigence : celle de la bonne foi. Selon elle, <strong>les entreprises n\u2019ont pas besoin d\u2019afficher des valeurs, mais d\u2019\u00eatre honn\u00eates sur ce qu\u2019elles peuvent faire, sinc\u00e8res sur ce qu\u2019elles veulent faire et capables de se remettre en question sur ce qu\u2019elles doivent faire<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
